"formule" : Lunch menu priced at: 13,50€

  • Every day a starter and a main course discovering, accompanied with a glass of wine and with a coffee
  • With this "formule", optional: the day grill (+ 2,50€), served from Tuesday till Friday

Sworfish with poppy seeks, courgettes and preserved lemon

Menu : First course + main course + dessert : 27,50€

First course : 9€

  • Marinade of sardines with ginger and soy
  • Tomato stuffed with crab and blancmangé of leeks (+3€)
  • Half cooked tuna and celery with sesame
  • Cold soup of lemon and chick peas
  • Paté of pork grilled, served with dates

Main course : 17€

  • Sworfish with poppy seeks, courgettes and preserved lemon
  • Poched suckling pig in spicy sauce with cabbages
  • Veal cheek and sweet peppers flavoured in vanilla
  • Sirloin steak with red wine and wasabi (+3,5€)
  • Chickken and sauteed avocados with ginger

Desserts: 6€

  • Chocolate truffle and molasses ice cream
  • Marinated strawberries in parsley and his ice cream
  • Apricot with lemon grass, and egg plant ice cream
  • Stewed rhubarb and white chocolate with sumac
