For more than twenty years, "the chef and the wine expert" have formed a very dynamic duo. Today, their bistro "le Pré Verre" greatly contributes to the Paris joie de vivre. Unseparable, complementary, incredibly friendly and hospitable, they succeed in making the name Delacourcelle synonymous of gourmet pleasures and simplicity, hospitality and open attitude to the world.

After long stays in Malaysia, Japan, India and China, spices and seasonings hold no secrets for Philippe Delacourcelle. With a remarkable talent, he graces his classical recipes with creative blendings and exotic ingredients.

He offers a daring and delightful fusion cuisine, getting the most out of condiments, spices, and far away preparations. His creative sense isso subtle that he exotic influence is never disturbing and the dishes he reinterprets always have a natural taste, balanced to perfection.

As for his brother Marc, he explores the French vineyard with method and passion. He brings back rare and distinctive wines which are convincing from the very first sip... With him, travels refine our palate and keep us young, cultural diversity is synonymous of new pleasures.

His findings among the great vintages : Volnay Santenot, Châteauneuf du Pape, Cour Cheverny, Muscadet, Vouvray... are perfect hosts at Philippe's table. They help us discover and conceive unknown flavors and emotions.
