"formule" : Lunch menu priced at: 13,50€
- Every day a starter and a main course discovering, accompanied with a glass of wine and with a coffee
- With this "formule", optional: the day grill (+ 2,50€), served from Tuesday till Friday
Menu : First course + main course + dessert : 27,50€
First course : 9€
- Blancmange of ewe's milk cheese with aspargus
- Paté of pork grilled, served with dates
- Preserved lemon soup with curcuma
- "False Caviar" and cuttlefish with ginger
- White beans salad withschrimps and haddock in red curry sauce (+3€)
Main course : 17€
- Veal liver and rice pancake with almondes
- Poched suckling pig in spicy sauce with cabbages
- Roasted mullet with artichokes and ngo gaï
- Filet of lamb with quinoa and red pepper sauce
- Sirloin steak with red wine and wasabi (+3,5€)
Cheese : 6€
Desserts: 6€
- Chocolate truffle and molasses ice cream
- Black current delight and celery with ginger bread sauce
- Marinated strawberries in parsley and his ice cream
- Capu china with tea
