At this moment, Guillaume Siegler, the Chef of Le Pre Verre Paris, is at Tokyo to prepare the "spring" menu card of the restaurant, in association with the Chef in place, Mister Koyama.
From 17 till 25 May, the brother's Delacourcelle invites Christophe Beaufront, Chef of the restaurant L'Avant-Goût in Paris, he will make discover his creative cooking and his specialities to the dinner guests of Le Pre Verre Tokyo.
